A video posted to X Sunday by Texans Fan Battle Podcast's Crenshaw shows Houston Texans QB C.J. Stroud talking to locals and throwing a football with a young man in a neighborhood hit by the wide-reaching storms, which killed at least 7 and left more than 1 million without power in its wake.
